Brief Description

Cotton hooded anorak. Metal zip on hood . Drawstring hood, plastic toggles on ends. Drawstring waist, plastic toggles on ends. Velcro chest pocket and two button tie pockets below . Button on inside front bottom, crutch strap with buttonhole on inside bottom back.

Smith & Co. in Derby were clothing manufacturers who made contract clothing for the Ministry of Defence. Mick Tighe went along to the factory in Derby one day when home on leave from the Royal Marines and he bought this anorak for a few pounds.
