We are fairly sure that this is a Karrimor Bambino Rucksack which would have cost you £1.90 back in the 1970's when it was first produced.
Karrimor was in its heyday back then, having started life as the Karrimor Bag Company in 1946 making cycle bags. The Parsons family progressed the business to become the leading rucksack manufacturer in the UK in the 1960's/70's and 80's. Sadly, as is often the way with these companies, they were gobbled up by bigger fish and eventually ceased to exist. All the more reason for keeping little rucksacks like this for posterity.
