These two photograph albums were kindly donated by Chris Robinson and display a fine series of photographs, primarily of the Ben Nevis area with a few further south.
There are some, quite fine, mostly landscape photographs which appear to be either hand tinted or taken with an early form of colour film as the pictures seem to date from the 1930's.
Unfortunately, the photographer is unknown, though he has include a self potrait taken beside the observatory ruins on the summit of Ben Nevis
