Provenance

Another excellent addition to our ever growing collection of Clog gear; these four, mint condition karabiners (sometimes carabiners)
Clog began life in the 1960’s when Danny Moorehouse and his partner, Shirley Smith, started making pitons and other climbing hardware in an old school in Deiniolen, North Wales. They made all kinds of things, much of which you will find elsewhere in the collection.
We think these fabulous karabiners were produced fairly late in the Clog story, possibly in the 1980’s.
A company called Wild Country bought Clog in 1986 and made carabiners while keeping the Clog brand name so these are maybe from that era.
